1911 poster for the Moravian Teachers’ Choir. At one time, it was the most famous Czech ensemble, created by graduates of the Pedagogical College of Kromeriz in 1903.

Some of the songs in their varied repertoire were composed by Leoš Janáček, Alfonso Mucha’s high school choir mate. The artist depicted a girl in traditional Moravian clothing from the city of Kyiv (Czech Republic). She listens to a bird singing on a branch behind her.
