Veuve Clicquot is one of the most well-known Champagne houses in the world. It was founded in Reims in 1772, also making it one of the oldest Champagne houses in existence.

The image depicts the end of the evening. A bottle have been imbibed. One left lying on the floor and a second, still in its ice bucket… A poster that leaves you in no doubt a good night was and possibly still is being enjoyed.

This poster was created around the turn of the century by the Dutch poster artist.
